Here we have a real treat…

ABO Gear is absolutely committed to saving animals lives. We are trying to do so by our involvement locally with several groups in our area. We also offer substantial discounts to Shelters, Humane Societies, and Rescues.

These are all dogs who were slated for euthanasia and were rescued by Barking Hound in Atlanta. These were dead end animals who were not wanted. They are now all in homes or on their way.

We test all our products with rescue dogs that have come straight out of the Atlanta region. These animals either sink their teeth into our products, or covet them as the toys give them solace and a sense of ownership. Either way, it is as good for the dogs as it is for us.

You will find Giovanni, a 12 year old Pit Bull a frequent star as he is the Barking Hound “house dog”. You will find Huskies, Great Danes, Labs, but mostly you will see mix-breeds, “Real Dogs” who where in real danger.

We dream of a day when euthanasia is a thing of the past, but we cannot only dream. We have a responsibility to make it happen. We hope you feel the same way.
