Q: What is the standard turnaround time for shipping once I place an order?

A: Aussie Naturals strive to have all orders shipped within 72 hours after your place your order.

Q: What is your Return Policy regarding defects?

A: Aussie Naturals provides a 30 day manufacture’s warrant on all defective items.  If it has been after 30 days, contact our office at 404-373-0015.

Q: What is your Return Policy regarding standard returns?

A: No merchandise may be returned without Aussie Naturals/ABO prior approval and instruction.  All authorized returns must be clear of pricing tags and private label tags.  No returns are accepted if they have been worn, covered in pet hair or damaged beyond point of us to resale.  Aussie Naturals/ABO provides a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty on all defective items.  ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING CHARGE.

Q: I purchased one of your items from another vendor, can you process a return or exchange for me?

A: No, we are only able to process returns or exchanges for items purchased directly through us with proof of purchase.

Q: I want to see your products in action, do you have any videos?

Q: I own one of your tents and need a replacement pole, do you sale replacement parts?

A: Yes we sell replacement poles for all our tents, as well as replacement tires for our Beach Lugger cart on our website. Just choose the “Beach” option then choose “Replacement Parts”.

Q: I have a question about a return I made, who can I contact?

Q: I would like to set up a wholesale account with you, how do I go about doing this?

A: Two ways. One fill out the Wholesale information on our website and wait for our reply, or Two send an email to [email protected] letting us know you wish to set up a wholesale account and we will send you all the documents to email back or fax to 404.373.0086.

Q: I am interested in purchasing some dog boots, I have a breed not listed on the sizing chart, what size should I purchase?

A:  Breed suggestions are on average and do not apply to all dogs. Please measure your dog's pads    before purchasing and follow the sizing chart online.

Q: What size dog coat should I purchase?

A: Sizes to be measured from curve of neck and spine to base of tail. Breed suggestions are suggestions only, all buyers should measure their own Dogs.
